STATION C  Conducting a Stream Survey to identify the characteristics of healthy salmon habitat. Searching for evidence of salmon spawning.

Field Trips:

• Fall 2026 Dates Available: September 21 - October 13
• Field Trip Time: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Grades: For safety and program equipment availability, only Grades 2 to 6, no combined Grade 1/2.
• Class size: 30 students max
• Cost: $175.35 (GST included) per class - Payable by credit card (recommended), or school cheque.

Registration Notes to Review Before Registering:

• We teach 1 class per day. This maximizes the hands-on opportunities for all students.
          NOTE: the maximum class size is 30 students.
• Max 2 field trip spaces per school
• If your selected date is not available, please use the waitlist form.
• Classes run from 10 AM to 2 PM. Please commit to this time span.
• Your field trip reservation will be held for up to 10 days until payment is received.
• Note that we are often fully booked shortly after registration opens, and waitlist options are limited.
• A payment of $175.35 (including GST) by credit card via PayPal, or by cheque is required to confirm your space.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a last-minute cancellation (less than 10 school days' notice), Seymour Salmonid Society reserves the right to retain the field trip fee to cover the costs of rescheduling or lost wages. Field trip fees will be refunded when more than 10 school days' notice is given, minus a $25 processing fee.
